Kite Fighting Rules

 Afghans  are  an  independent  people.  Afghans  cherish  custom  but  abhor  rules.  And  so  it  was  with  kite  fighting.
 The  rules  were  simple:
 No  rules.  Fly  your  kite.  Cut  the  opponents.  Good  luck
